How to Qualify
Phase 2 is for collaboratives that need or want to engage in further planning and development before applying for a grant.
Process and Key Dates
In the Fall of 2022, Phase 2 applicants will apply for one-year planning grants.
Step 1: Planning Grant
September 1, 2022: Grant application launched
October 3, 2022: Grant submission deadline
Late October/Early November 2022: Awards Announced
Step 2: Implementation Grant
September 1, 2023: Grant application launched
October 3, 2023: Grant submission deadline
Early November 2023: Awards Announced
